CPC Signature Class

Our Signature CPC class celebrates individuality while staying rooted in the classical Pilates method. Every instructor brings their unique style, energy, and training to the studio, creating a dynamic and inspiring experience. At CPC, we embrace the diversity of teaching just as the original Pilates elders did—each one offering a distinct perspective and passion for movement.

​While the classical repertoire remains constant, the intention and expression behind the movements can vary, making each class personal and powerful.

​

This class is the heart of what we do, intelligent, soulful movement that supports your mind, body, and spirit. It's perfect for anyone seeking a well-rounded and inspiring Pilates experience, led by teachers who live and breathe the method.

Gentle and Grounded & Beginner Classes

New to Pilates or just starting your movement journey? This class is the perfect foundation. Designed to help you understand the core principles and fundamentals of Pilates, you'll learn how to move with control, breath, and intention.

​

With a slower pace and a strong emphasis on alignment and stability, this class is ideal for beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone looking to reconnect with their body. We combine classical Pilates with a gentle, contemporary flow to help you build confidence and strength safely.

​

Whether it's your first reformer class or you're looking to revisit the basics, Gentle & Grounded will leave you feeling supported, aligned, and empowered.

Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday at 12pm

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is the perfect way to build a strong foundation in the method. Using only your body and small props, you’ll learn to connect to your core, improve posture, and develop full-body strength and mobility.

​

This class challenges stability and control without the assistance of the reformer, making it a fantastic complement or starting point for your equipment-based practice. Each movement is rooted in the classical repertoire, with space to flow and explore.

​

Great for all levels, Mat Pilates is a powerful, accessible way to deepen your understanding of Pilates and prepare for more advanced equipment work.

Mondays and Fridays at 6pm

1:1 and 2:1 Private Sessions

Take your Pilates practice to the next level with personalised 1:1 or 2:1 sessions. These tailored classes allow you to work closely with your chosen instructor, focusing on your individual goals, needs, and any specific injuries or conditions.

You'll have access to the full Pilates apparatus—Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Spine Corrector—to dive deeper into your movement journey. Whether you're refining technique, recovering from injury, or preparing for a big event, these sessions offer hands-on, expert guidance.
