Founder & Head Teacher
Hattie Houston
Hattie Houston is the founder and heart behind Cotswolds Pilates Club. With over 10 years of experience in Pilates, Hattie’s journey began after years as a passionate young dancer. After stepping away from dance, she struggled to find a form of movement that truly resonated—until she discovered Pilates. Its focus, flow, and ability to calm the mind quickly became a powerful outlet for her physical and emotional well-being.
Hattie trained in classical mat Pilates with the world-renowned Exhale Pilates London, regarded as the industry standard for authentic classical training. She is also certified in reformer Pilates and the full Pilates apparatus—including the Wunda Chair, Cadillac, Spine Corrector, and Ladder Barrel—through The Alignment Academy. As well as being fully qualified Hattie the owner of CPC continues with education and workshops every year. From re doing her full qualification with Balanced Body, Alignment academy and workshops with Tracey Mallet, Pete Pallai, Maria Leone, Carrie Pages and Vicalates. Continued Education is part of Hattie's philosophy to be the best teacher she can be for you and she encourages this in all her teachers.
After a successful 10-year career as a television presenter, Hattie followed her passion for movement and opened Cotswolds Pilates Club—a serene, luxury studio built to help others discover the life-changing benefits of Pilates.
Hattie’s mission is simple: to help people reconnect with their bodies, build strength from the inside out, and experience the calm, confidence, and clarity that Pilates can bring.

Chantelle Edwards
Chantelle is a certified Reformer Pilates instructor with a deep passion for movement, wellbeing, and the power of Pilates to transform both body and mind.
Her journey began years ago while working as cabin crew, when a colleague recommended Reformer Pilates to help her unwind after long-haul flights. After just one class, Chantelle was hooked. The strength, clarity, and calm she found on the Reformer quickly became a non-negotiable part of her weekly routine.
Originally from Sutton Coldfield, Chantelle moved to the Cotswolds in early 2025 and instantly felt at home at Cotswolds Pilates Club. Inspired by the welcoming community and the positive impact Pilates had on her life, she decided the time was right to turn her passion to the next level and is now a qualified Reformer Pilates instructor and is so excited to share this incredible method with others.
Chantelle’s classes are energising, supportive, and focused on helping you feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected in your body. Outside of Pilates Chantelle loves all things nutrition and wellness. On her days off you will find her either at the newest brunch spot or on a long run
