Reformer Classes
We have 3 different classes
Signature CPC
These are our main classes at CPC which are classical pilates with a contemporary flow. We follow the traditions and honour the 6 principles of Pilates, working on alignment, control, precision, strength, flexibility and everything rooted from your core
mixed level ability

Gentle
These classes are a slower pace focusing on clients who are coming back to movement or have had a injury (but cleared by your doctor to attend)
We go back to the fundamentals and work on alignment and functional movement.
(in some cases with certain injuries you cannot attend group classes but can have privates, please enquire)
Monday & Wednesday 12pm

Beginner
This is the perfect way to start your journey into Pilates. We take you through the basics from breathing, to how the reformer works and finding connection points in your body and learn the fundamentals so you feel ready and confident to move onto our Signature classes.
Tuesday & Friday 12pm

Mat and Mat Barre Fusion Classes
at CPC
Our mat classes are classical and contemporary and for all levels.
These take place on mats on the floor which we provide. Mat is a huge part of the Pilates system and can be very challenging as you are using your own body weight and no help from springs or resistance which you have on the reformer
We suggest adding both to your practice.
Mat classes Monday and Friday 6pm

We also have just added out Mat Barre Fusion classes which are slightly more contemporary.On the mat or on the free standing barre we fuse classical and contemporary together, using ankle weights and and hand held weights (always optional) to awaken all those smaller muscle groups and really feel the burn.
Monday & Tuesday 10.30am and Friday 12pm


Private Sessions
with Hattie Studio Owner
Hattie offers Private 1;1 or 2;1 classes for individuals who have a certain goal, injury, or perhaps a client who doesn't want to join a group class.
Hattie is certificated and qualified in all the Pilates apparatus from Spine corrector, Wunda chair, ladder barrel, Cadillac, reformer and mat.
These classes are tailored to you and your goals and we work together to help you feel good and move better.
These session are available Monday - Thursday. Occasionally Friday and Saturday on request and availability. hattie currently has 15 - 20 private sessions a week. Priority booking goes to clients who are in continuously but she does do one off sessions if there is a space.

General information

Reformer classes are 6 people max - we keep it small so you get more out of it.

Advanced Tower Classes 4 people max

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
You need to wear grip socks to attend a class.
Health forms need to be filed out online or at the studio.
You can book your classes 2 weeks in advance.
Group class bookings are made on the Mindbody app or website. Your packages are for one individual. Please also check expiry date of packages as there are no extensions on packages.
Private classes are booked directly via Hattie on email, text or DM. These are not on the schedule
​Please make sure you have been signed off by a doctor if you have had a injury to join a class.


Advanced Tower Classes
These are our newest classes in our New studio next door to our main studio.

These are classes of 4 people maximum on Tower reformers where we dive deeper into your practice and combine a huge amount of the whole pilates method from mat, reformer and Tower all in one class. We willow more advance Reformer moves, Use the Tower and fine tune your mat pilates practice. Classes are 55 mins long.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday at 9.30am and Friday at 1pm

Currently the pre requisite to join this class is a minimum of 15 CPC signature classes and no injuries.
